hi looking for advice
Partner has a huge debt with revenue
Only asset is house (no mortgage ,in his name value less than €90000)
His looking at insolvency/bankrupt
My question is I've put a lot of money into house revonations furniture and pay utilities bills .The agreement was for my name to jointly go on deeds but
With the revenue debt I'm guessing doing that now wouldn't be allowed
Can I get something legal done to protect me and have a share in the house I'm worried the revenue will make him sell the house to clear off his debts

You can reasonably insist that the furniture is yours.
The utility bills are not reflected in the value of the house.

What do you mean by renovations? A lick of paint would cost much. Building a huge extension would.

But if you lived rent free in the house in exchange for paying for a few expenses, I can't see that you have any moral claim. Don't know if you have a legal claim.
