Overholding and Repairs

Hi, have a tenant who is overholding on property and is now looking for to get a kitchen appliance fixed. I have given a valid notice of Termination but the tenant says they can't find a new place and are not going anywhere................. despite my brother waiting to move into the house.

Am I still under obligation to fix appliances even when the tenancy has been terminated?

Any advice, preferably legal, gratefully accepted :)

You will not get advice, legal, medical or any other kind here. You will hopefully get suggestions, informed by experience and background knowledge. If you want legal advice then I'm your only option is to pay a legal expert for it.
