Original Snag list completed now the call Back

Hello all,

I sent in my original snag list about 4weeks ago, today the builder just rang to tell me i can go back down to review.

My question is, if i notice other defects now either major or minor, which i may have missed on the original snaglist, can i have these also fixed.

ps. Money has not yet been handed over at this stage

hey

my engineer did my snag list and when I went to check it there was some other stuff told the foreman and it was done the next day
4 weeks is a long time to do a snag list...
