I increased the rent I charge back in November by 100 euro and it still well below market prices ,.It was 1st rent increase in over 4 years. My tenant is on hap and used to pay 100 to me on top of hap payment .Hap has not increased and tenant still only gave me the usual 100 euro/month since ,he is making no effort to pay anything extra ,How do I handle this

Adding to the above.
Did you give notice of 90 days or rent increase on RTB form to your tenant? Follow the RTB procedure of 28 days notice of amount not paid in rent. Add an extra few days so you are not caught out. After 28 days notice you give notice to quit. They will respond to that quick enough.
Are you sure your tenant received the notice and is living in your property? They more than likely do not want to contact HAP stating the increase in rent as they have to submit income and bank statements. If they are over the limit for their family dynamics they may be worried the HAP will stop.
