Hi,

Im currently on the waiting list for AH, closing date is the end of June and I'm trying to gather as much info as I can!

Im just looking for a rough estimate of how much the solicitors fees would amount to? Or how much approx did any of you pay?

I also assume its possible to contact a number of solicitors, advise that I will be in the process of purchasing an AH shortly (hopefully!) and to request an estimate of their costs?

Our solicitor is charging €950 + VAT. In our case the title is relatively easy to sign over. You also need to pay €400- €500 for land registry fees also.
 
Our solicitor is going to charge 929 plus VAT for professional fee and postage plus outlays around 340.
 
Mine was 1000 + VAT + Fees , total 2160.

Land registry fees etc were increased in the last budget , I had been quoted 1970 total prior to the budget .
