I am claiming jobseekers benefit as I have been on a 3 day week for the last few years and it will run out shortly. I have worked for 13 full weeks to extant it a bit longer. I know I can apply for jobseekers allowance which is meants tested but I know that I might not get anything.
I do not want to fraud the social welfare. But if I get a part time job for the other 2 or 3 days how long does one have to work for to sign back again with social welfare.
