If the original one was posted to you then I doubt you'll find it in ROS - although if she is going to look for it there she needs to look in the ROS Inbox, and make sure that she includes archived items in her search.
Otherwise just ring the self-assessment section of your district tax office, and ask them to send ye out a copy.
