non-domiciled married tax

My wife and I are fully resident in Ireland but I am definitely non-domiciled. I'm taxed on a remittance basis, she is taxed on all on all her income. Up to now we have been taxed as separate individuals. Can we have joint assessment without me having to give up my 'remittance basis' ? I can't find any help on the Revenue website.
