Need US billing address for credit card

Travelling to US in a few weeks. Want to go to concert there. Ticketmaster US site will only let me bid on tickets if I have a US credit card billing address. Is there any way of getting a US billing address. Sure I saw something on a forum a while back about people buying online from states and getting US billing address. Any help appreciated.

Bob, that suggestion would be useful if it was just the shipping address that needed to be in the US. However, the only way to get a US billing address is to have a card issued in the US to a US resident.

If you know anyone who lives in the US, ask if you can use their card, and have the tickets delivered to your hotel. Failing that, is there an option to pay at the box office?
