Hi all
I recently went Sale Agreed and need to get the following in relation to an extension on the property to progress the sale :
a) a Cert of Compliance and
b) a Cert stating the extension is exempt from Planning Permission
It hasn't been asked for (yet) by the purchaser but I just want to have everything in place that's needed so the sale doesn't stall.....
Would anyone know of an architect in the South Dublin area who has done or would be willing to do this work? Also would anyone have an idea as to how much this would cost?
