My ROS says I'm registered for Income Tax but Form 11 year not appearing

So I registered for Income tax and I have now seen in the Registration options tab that I am registered - well it now states 'Cease Registration' instead or 'Renew registration. When I go into complete tax form and hit form 11 I still only get years up to 2015 rather than 2018. Anyone know is there something else I need to do apart from ringing up revenue again ?
 
If it has previously been opened, it won't appear under "Complete a Form" you can check under "Work In Progress".
 
Panic over. It has appeared now so looks like it takes about 3 days to be set up in the system.
 
I ve had exactly the same issue.
I have always done my income tax returns online.
No idea why it "ceased" this year.
Bizarre.
I reregistered yesterday but need to submit before I go on holidays.
