Myself and my boyfriend are looking to move into his home together with my two children from a previous relationship and his daughter also from a previous relationship. I currently receive OPF payment for myself and two sons while my partner works full time earning approx 570 gross. He pays €60 maintenance weekly for his daughter while I receive €70 maintenance a week for my two sons. my question is based on our income will I be entitled to Job seekers allowance? Any help is appreciated.
