As it says, I have a home loan on an investment property. As the house was lived in when the loan was applied for and then rented a number of years later the loan is on SVR of 4.5%.
I want to get the SVR down and may move it to KBC, how long do I have to live in it to have it regarded as my PPR for the purposes of moving the loan?
