I'm currently on an LTV of 3.8% with AIB. They currently have an offer of 3.5% for 1-year fixed.
Allowing for the fact that their most recent reduction of 0.25% on variable rates took effect from June, does this mean another redcution of 0.25% would be imminent?
Any thoughts welcome!!
