We just drew down the 1st €50K of our mortgage and were given the forms to apply for TRS. Just wondering if we can/should wait until we have fully drawn down the mortgage to apply? Since the year of assessment runs from Jan-Dec, surely applying now would waste the first years relief, do we have a choice here?
