I was wondering what are people's opinions re using Mortgage brokers?
My wife & I are looking to get mortgage approval to help us trade up as our family is about to expand in the new year. I was originally going to see AIB, KBC & Ulster bank & negotiate ourselves. However I'm having second thoughts & wanted to know should we consider them. The main issue is the best rate as opposed to approval. Thanks.
