Mortgage arrears personal debt with judgement mortgages

Is there any person out there who could enlighten me. Can a home be repossed and sold (because of arrears) when other Financial Institutions have mortgage judgements on the same property

What exactly is your question, you have a property, it has a mortgage on top of that you have some judgement mortgages on your property and now someone else wants to force a sale?
