Money reinvested

Hi guys
Quick question, had money invested in the Ebs in a fixed term account. I think I may have received a letter saying that it was maturing at the end of June, it did say it would automatically be reinvested, which I don't want as I'm looking for a mortgage.

I completely forgot about it it, do you get a cooling off period in these instances?

Generally you do so I would get in contact with them ASAP.

Ring or preferably call into them in person with ID and close the account, withdrawing cash to your current account and then stick it into an instant access deposit account until you need it for mortgage.
