Missed one payment last April, will it affect a mortgage app?

I took out a loan last March and there was a problem with the first payment in April 2008. As soon as I realised it hadn't gone through I transfered the money into their account was got back on track. I have not missed a payment with anyone since......

I am now applying for a mortgage and I need to know if this will affect me getting a mortgage? If it does, is there any bank that will lend to me??

Probably not if you paid it in straight away. You can always get a credit check to make sure, and take corrective action with the lender.
