Minimum On-Call rates

Anyboby know if there is any minimum on-call rates or legislation out there on on-call rates. My company are offering 1.59 an hour for me to be on call after every 3 weeks...seems a bit of a joke to me..

any help would be much appreciated!

What does this work at per week ?

I'm an on call engineer and get 175 euro to be on call for seven nights.
up until two years ago, it was 30 Euro !!!!!! per week to be on call with my company.

new job: 12% of hourly rate per hour on call (24*7-39)

Van der hopp...do you acvtually get paid more then if yu do take a call?

Yep, get paid time and a half if I get called, works out at about 130 eur per week before tax...

I work in IT support and we get 52 euro a night. Overtime weekend rates then if called.
