Can anyone tell me where I can get my hands on the round metal spring type holders for keeping spotlights in place in a ceiling?
Any help appreciated

I'm assuming by "spotlights" you mean recessed downlighters.
These may be part of the circular ceiling fitting that comes with the lamp - I don't know that they can be sought separately.
You could asking advice from a reputable lighting supplier like the or Hicken Lighting or Bob Bushells.
