Mariners Point, Wicklow Town.

Hi, I was looking at "Mariners Point" in Wicklow Town today and was wondering what the area is like? and What's the average commute time to Dundrum? Any additional information on the development or area welcome.
 
Hi there,
My parents house is just around the corner from it. I lived there almost 14 years, the area is great, no hassle, great views , great people, great location. Just wait until you are sitting in your garden with the fresh breeze coming up the hill and the sun shining, its heaven.
Commute to Dundrum is 30 mins (in the morning rush, which would be between 7 and 8 , it would take 40-45 mins).
Need anymore info just ask!!

I was wondering if you know what it's like in the depths of winter?
I was in the village this weekend and there was buzz of people but is it dead quiet in winter?
 
The town is busy all the time really, never really dead, always a great buzz around, you will never feel lonely trust me lol:)
 
Used live in the Cul De Sac just below it, my parents home. Lovely houses in MP. I love Wicklow Town. Some great Pubs there. It's a great place to build a life.
