Manual paper shredder

Do you know where to buy a manual paprer shredder in Dublin? I assume it would be more environmentally friendly than an electric one - and less likely to break!
 
I picked one up in a pound / euro shop a few years back, but it only lasted a year or so, as anything over 2 pages is beyond its capability. It finally died shredding some high quality heavier paper!
I've upgraded to electric since - i've seen good value ones in B&Q, but can't guarantee that they are diamond cutting ones (as apposed to straight cut shredding)
 
Saw a very tiny USB powered one in Easons today. No idea how good it is.

I saw a sissors thing with five or six blades for shredding docs and cards in one of the UK papers today (The Times or Guardian I think).
