We once lived in a Ruden homes house and although there were some issues (there always are in new houses) they were all attended to, even to the extent of one of the two co- owners of the company inspecting it himself. Both the guys were a pleasure to deal with and very unlike the image we have of a hardened property developer. I emphasise I have nothing to do with the company but we were well treated.

Drove past this development during the week - not much has changed in the last 12 months. Rudens must have a very understanding bank manager if they can afford to leave an almost unsold estate sitting on the market without cutting prices.
