We manage our own small apartment block via a limited company.
We were wondering if we should register for VAT. All our income is from the residents annual maintenance fees, but if we were VAT registered, presumably we could reclaim the VAT on most, or all, of our outgoings.
Are there any disadvantages or problems with doing this ?
