Maintenance Man/General Repair Man in Clonsilla Area

I have a house in Clonsilla which I rent out. However, I am now living in the west of ireland. I have a couple of minor general handy man type jobs I need doing round the house.

If somebody could recommend someone I would really appreciate it

There is a guy I used, I think he might live in Coolock but he has a van. He painted my gutters, did a few other odd jobs for neighbours, fitting postboxes etc etc. Don't know his surname but his first name is Mark 085 2429059. Very nice chap and very obliging.
