Hi,

does anybody know what happens if a UK reg car drives through the toll bridge, and does not pay the toll (e-flow etc). Do they have access to UK registered owner details etc, allowing them to send out the toll bill, or is it essentially free?

They should pay since they have used the road.

Have a look at this thread on politics.ie - They employ a collections agency in the UK and fees and fines are followed up. It can take a few months but its not forgotten.

The UK debt collectors can only ask for the money. They are having great trouble getting people to pay up.
