we are looking to knock our current Garage and build it in another part of the garden. Because of the layout of our site we will need planning permission to build garage where we want it. As longer term we would hope to extend the house and will need planning permission we have been advised to go for PP for the garage and the future extension all in one go. We need to engage an architect to help us with the design and application. Anyone got any recommendations - we are in South Dublin. We have met one so far and his ideas were a bit off the wall and he had'nt listened to what we want, struggling to get another recommended architect to come and see us so need some more recommendations. Someone who is practical but creative as the layout of the site is not straightforward and we have already built an extension 9 years ago and converted the attic
