Looking for a building environmental act ?

Hello,

I am looking to see if someone can point me to any regulation acts in Ireland that companies need to adhere too around environmental control as in temperature control etc ? or any controls that need to be adhered to when the buildings are being occupied by people.

Part L of the Building Regulations may apply.
Safety Health and welfare at work regulations may apply.
The Environmental Protection Act may apply.
The Waste Act may apply.

As mf1 suggests clarity would help focus the respondents.
Its may also be useful for you to ask specific questions once you've zeroed in rather than get general responses and try to puzzle things out for yourself.
