i did a search on this thread

but don't think the Halifax is mentioned. So my query is - I rang the Halifax this morning (approx 10am Friday) and requested money to be tranferred from my savings account to my UB current account. The woman said it would take 'a few days'. Anyone any more accurate info on how long this might take? I want to pay some bills over the weekend but the money needs to be in situ before the mortgage comes out next Thursday
