Leaving the country for 'good' & dealing with Revenue etc

I've been hunting around AAM for a 'dummies guide to leaving the country' without any luck.

Guess the main issues relate to IT, CGT, ARF ?

ARF would be the the issue with the longest tail ?

All suggestions, comments and links very welcome.
