Hello,
My SSIA matures in May and along with savings I'll have about 30k to invest. I would like to invest in a leaseback in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. I've been in touch with OuiCanDo who seem very helpful. Can anyone advise on them or any other agency they dealt with? Also having recenlty purchased an apartment here as a FTB( and since has appreciated by 20k) will a French bank give me a mortgage? Are there any pitfalls I need to be aware of?
