At 9:00am (Wed 02 Feb) EST, tickets go on sale for the launch of Space Shuttle Discovery, STS-133. For a Feb 24th, 4:50pm liftoff.
Tickets very hard to get and had planned last year but shuttle launch was postponed so no guarantee it will launch 24th either. Have always imagined being at a live launch since watching the first moon shots with my father. Would love to be there.
