Its seems as if we are on the verge of 10s of thousands of mortgages defaulting beyond realistic recovery ... surely allowing large scale repossessions by the banks is neither in the banks or governments interest, not to mention the familys loosing their home.
So my question : what options are open to the government in this situtation ...???
