land registery fee

I have just bought a house for €65,000 and I have requested a quote from my solicitor. I am trying to research the lad registery fee that they have on the quote. by lookin at the land registery website the fee falls into the €51,000 - €255,000 bracket which would cost €375. Am i looking at the right fee?

Yes that is correct fee.if you are buying part of a folio only there is an additional fee of 60 euro for new folio

Plus 125 if you are getting a mortgage, plus 25 for an up to date land registry map on completion and there could be additional fees for discharges though these additional discharge fees are usually paid for by the vendor.
