Land opposite Hunterswood D16

Does anyone know what is planned for the land opposite hunterswood (up past woodstown on the left in ballycullen) ?

We were told by Sherry Fitz when buying our house in Hunterswood in Sept 03 that Ellier would start developing that site when Hunterswood was finished.

According to the Irish Times property supplement the last of the houses in Hunterswood will be going on sale this summer so I'd say Ellier will be over the road early next year.

It will be interesting to see how much extra they charge due to the Dublin 16 postal code.

Looks like they have started to clear the site and lay the pipework.
