Does anyone know what the laws are in relation to junk faxes. We are getting bombarded with faxes every day from various travel agents. I then have to send a fax back to each one to remove our number. The amount of wasted paper and then having to fax back is getting ridiculous.
I'm not very knowledgable in relation to this kind of stuff but I heard briefly on the radio this morning about some company that was either brought to court or warned to stop sending texts to mobile's with various ads. (didn't hear the full report). Is this the same type of thing happening with faxes.
