Judgement still showing after bankruptcy

When I request a personal credit report on Search4less and Vision-net it shows that there are judgements dating back to 2012. The subject person declared bankruptcy in 2019 and was discharged in 2020.

I'm assuming that all debts prior to bankruptcy are now void. How would this person go about removing the judgements from the records or should it have been done as part of the bankruptcy process?

Thanks.

I don't think that you can get the judgements removed, but you might be able to arrange for them to be marked as "satisfied". Have a look at this link:

The other possibility is that the records might stop displaying in Vision-net once they start ageing beyond 12 years.
