Other jewellery insurance on its own as house contents is too expensive

Hi,

A friend of mine is looking to insure jewellery on its own as it is too expensive to have house contents insurance. She went to a broker and was only 1 company was willing to quote for the business, the quote was €430 for 25k house contents insurance and 8k specified items, the house is over 150 years old but weas renovated 10 years ago...she rents the property and only has a few items of her own in the premises

This is very expensive so she's looking to insure the jewellery on its own. Can this be done and who does it?
