Is this a scam? Text from Revenue.

I have received a text message purporting to be from Revenue.ie claiming that I am entitled to a tax refund of 820 euro. Upon clicking the link provided I am requested to provide my full details including name, address, debit card and bank account details. I have no idea for what reason I would be entitled to claim any such money.

Well the revenue themselves warn that it's a scam.

The Revenue Commissioners never send unsolicited text messages.
