Is my pension-related deduction allowable against my tax?

My wife and I are joint-assessed for tax purposes. I am retired, she is still working full time and she paid about €5000 in Pension-Related Deduction in 2012.
I am completing my Form 11. Can I claim back from the Revenue my wife's PRD, or at least a part of it? If so, in which section of the form 11 do I make my claim? Many thanks, GIChuck

I imagine that the PDR is already included in your wife's P60. Look at the gross pay for USC and the gross pay for income tax.

It will have come off her gross pay the same way as her normal pension contributions.
It cannot be claimed back.
