Is any property selling at the moment at all?

Hi all,
I know that speculative discussion about the property market isn't allowed, but I'm just wondering if any sales are going through at the moment at all? Watching the property websites, it seems that nothing is moving at all. Are any estate agents / brokers who are closer to this able to shed any more light?
