If you download a companies details from the CRO website do the company know that someone has downloaded them ?

Or is there any way a company can find out who has downloaded info about their company (returns for example) ?

I don't think the company can find out if you have downloaded their forms. They are on the CRO to download if wanted.

The information supplied to the CRO is then made available for public viewing and public downloading.

Nobody is notified if someone downloads a particular companies latest annual return and accounts for example.

...and can also be accessed by personal callers to their public office in Parnell Sq, Dublin.

No, a company cannot find out if copies of documents filed by them have been requested/downloaded by members of the public.
