Irish Resident Requires UK credit check for Mortgage application

Hi

I work in Northern Ireland but reside in the Republic of Ireland. I have applied for a mortgage with AIB but they require a credit report from experience.co.uk but they said they can't supply me with one as my bank account is registered to Republic of Ireland account and I don't have a UK address. How do I go about dealing with this as bank requires report for mortgage application but I can't get one

Any advice would be great
 
Dont you have bank account in republic of Ireland? I presume your account in the north is only used for your salary deposit.
 
Yes I reside in the Republic but my salary goes into my Northern bank account.. I don't have any credit cards etc as I don't have a northern address my northern bank account is to my southern address.

Just frustrating as AIB keep requesting it in order to advance my application but I can't get one

I don't know what to do at this stage
