Investment for children's future, Irish person living abroad

Thank you for the opportunity to ask this question.
I am Irish, living abroad, I want to return to Ireland in three years time for my children's schooling,
I was wondering what to invest in, for my children's third level education, to
mature in five years time.?
I appreciate any guidance.
