What is the correct make up of internal insulation / plasterboard to be compliant when constructing with 9" hollow blocks for a small extension ?

Thanks

my best advice is not to use hollow block, but apart from that, have a read through this:

These hollow block walls have to be able to breath, and any drylning system will have to allow this.

I would strongly recommend not drylining and instead using an external insulation system.
