Hi folks

Just a quick Question about getting a quote from tesco. They ask what is the area of main use is. I drive from my house in Laois to Waterford city 4 days a week. Most of the journey is naturally thru Kilkenny. What do I say is the area of use, Laois,Kilkenny or Waterford city?

Breakdown of journey is my house, Laois-Kilkenny border=15 miles
Kilkenny to waterford border is 45 miles and the final 3 miles is in Waterford.

The detailed terms & conditions most likely give a strict definition of terms such as "main area of use".
 
All it says is:
Please select the area/townland closest to where you will be using the vehicle most often.

Nothing in the Terms and Conditions or Terms of Business.
 
i think they really want to know if you will be using your car in a big city (Dublin, Dublin commuter belt, Galway, Limerick Cork,...) or "rest of the country".
If your car is mainly parked in Laois when you live, then that's what i would state.
Do they also ask where the car is garaged?
 
Quotes vary according to where you live.. Cities would be dearer.. Think laois is your best beat and counting holidays you would probabally spend most time there...
