I'm making a claim on my life assurance policy re serious illness policy for my child.
My policy is index linked , at the time of taking it out my life assurance was 40 k , Child's serious illness cover was limited to 50% of my life assurance to a maximum of 10k. Over the years with index linking my cover is now 4 times the original, will the child's limit of 10 be indexed in the same proportion?
It may sound callous to be worrying about such a thing but I'm glad to say that my child is miraculously out the other side of his illness now TG .
