Import Tax/Duties

I'm importing a container of sports equipment from New Zealand. How can I find out (or does anyone know) what taxes and duties would be applicable to these and how would I work out how much they would be. The revenue website seems designed to confuse.

I am a freight forwarder with over 30 years experience in all aspects of customs formalities, shipping (all modes air/sea/road) and international trade.

In order to get the info you require can you tell me the type of "sport goods" you intend to import ? I would be happy to work with you (no charges / fees) in order to properly classify your products in the customs tariff and work out the percentage of duty.
