Wrong forum i pod new tunes

is there an idiots guide 2putting new tunes on my ipod? i thought my computer literate children wd hv no problem doin this but it seems 2b causing huge problems...... one of which seems 2b the danger of wiping everything off it not just deleting a few and adding new ones

Your in totally the wrong forum - but anyway you have the Itunes program ? If you dont have it just google it & download. This will help you manage your ipod music .

I expect you have set it to sync automatically which might be a problem if they have more than one iPod and all use the same profile/logon on the computer. Either give them seperate logon's or turn off synch automatically.
